Here at Cake-Madness we value our customers and want to provide as much information about our products as possible.

Here you will find some important information that will be useful in your ordering experience.

PAYMENT/DEPOSITS

A deposit of half your total is due upon completion of order for any orders over $25. The remaining balance will be due within 24 hours of pickup. 

Cash,PayPal, Venmo, and Cash App are available for your convenience (See Order tab). If you don't see a payment method that best fits you, please let us know.

ORDER TIME

We’d like to have a two weeks notice for all cake orders. This allows ample time to receive, process, and gather all necessary supplies to complete the order. If two weeks notice can't be given, your order may be denied. If your order can be fulfilled despite the short notice, a RUSH FEE may be applied.

PICK-UP/DELIVERY

All Saturday pick-up orders are to be picked up no later than 12pm. No orders will be picked up on Sundays unless otherwise arranged. 

If your order needs to be delivered, both the location AND time must be stated at order completion. Due to the volume of orders, delivery orders are not guaranteed and require further confirmation. We will work with you to get your order to you but a delivery fee will be applied. 

For Special Occasion cakes (I.E. Wedding cakes), a Delivery/Set up fee will be applied to the order. Please let us know that you will need your order delivered upon ordering.
